We continue to call, write, and pressure the Congress to vote against the S-MINER act that is now in the Senate.  We managed to get one of our Dems to cross the party line via the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business).  We need to get these feds off our back so we can work.  My last three citations are as follows:

1. Welding rod holder, tip insulator missing.         S&S   $ 2,282.00

2. Welding rod holder, tip insulator missing. NON S&S   $   460.00

3. 120 volt outlet loose from conduit.                    S&S   $ 2,282.00

None of these were energized.  Plant was not running, and had not been for 1 month.

It is getting pretty intense out here....
