We received a structural citation at ******* on our tertiary tower, which is approx. 200 feet tall. The expanded metal tread on a few floor panels was rusty, and in some cases deteriorated. In no case was the floor holed or compromised to the point where a person or any part of their body could fall through, become entrapped, or trip. The maximum size opening in the deteriorated area was approximately 2"x3". We had just happened to have a structural engineer review the tower two months ago and declare the structure and work areas sound.

We are formally contesting, and I'll let you know how it goes.
