I know of no NBA player who can jump 40 feet and put his hand in the cover box. Do you? This non-S&S citation, as written by the Inspector comes to 74 assessment penalty points and a fine of $343.00. The inspector stated that he was doing the Plant a "favor" by not marking it "fatal" as instructed by his District Manager! If the evaluation had been written as "fatal" the penalty points would have upped to 89 and the fine would increase to $1140.00 This site has Production and Safety Officers who are trained in the LAW! They are capable of evaluating the citation work-conditions, and identify "phony" citations. This citation will be "Formally Contested". This is what is done at the $afepro Institutes.
